ORDERING:
After placing your order you will receive a receipt from Yahoo confirming your purchase. Our customer service department will then email you within 24 hours to let you know approximately when your item(s) will arrive.
DELIVERY AND STORE POLICY:
Please expect five to seven days for shipping. "Out of stock" items can be expected in approximately two weeks. We will be happy to exchange any item you are not completely satisfied with. Items can be returned for store credit only and must arrive at ANNA within ten days of receipt. The item must be returned in the original packaging and in unworn and perfect condition. Items returned after ten days are subject to a fifty percent restocking fee. You must ship the item prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
